All of the Disney Table Service Restaurants which accept reservations can accommodate dietary needs when advised 72 hours (3 Days), in advance. You can call 407-WDW-DINE and request that your allergies be noted on your reservation.

If you forget, still ask to speak to the chef when you ge to the restaurant, they’ll usually come out and chat with you
