Candadian Beers

Unibrou Éphémère
The story of a Fairy looking for love, and her dreams, this is a lighter beer with a fruity flavor, and draws its charms from a bountiful season’s harvest. A white ale with hints of apple, is delicate with its hint of sweetness.
$6.75

Blanche de Chambly
The first of all the Unibroue’s, named after Captain de Chambly, a French Canadian military hero. This White Champagne-style beer uses pale barley malt, and is only partially filtered giving it the natural cloud of yeast so popular in the Middle Ages.
$6.75

Don de Dieu
This is an Abbey-style triple wheat ale named after the Ship that Samuel Champlain traveled on for the King of France. Malty, yeasty, and nutty, this beer pairs well with game meats.
$6.75

La Fin Du Monde
This triple-style golden is the most famous and popular, started by European visitors who thought they had found the end of the world when they discovered North America. This beer is made with a natural carbonation which makes it taste fruity and light.
$6.75

Maudite
An amber-red ale inspired by a trip the Devil gave to some unfortunate Lumberjacks, who were damned by him, thus the name of this beer. This robust and spicy red ale has a complex flavor and is devilishly delicious.
$6.75

Trois Pistoles
Based on a story of a Black Horse sent by the Devil to help build a Church, this is a dark brown beer with great fruit aromas. Hints of cocoa and fruit make this a smooth, luxurious beer, with strength and complexity.
