During breakfast and lunch, you and your little ones can dine with some of the stars of Playhouse Disney featuring Jojo & Goliath and the Little Einstein characters. For dinner, there are no characters to meet and Hollywood and Vine regresses to a regular all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner.

50’S PRIME TIME CAFE

50’s Prime Time Café serves classic American comfort food in a TV-themed setting. Menu includes family favorites like golden fried chicken, traditional meatloaf and pot roast, cooked the way Mom used to make it—that is, if Mom were a 1950s sitcom star.
Be welcomed into Mom’s family and feel at home in her kitchenette. But Mom expects you to mind your manners, so don’t be surprised if she tells you to keep your elbows off the table. It’s all part of the old-fashioned fun and gentle ribbing that’s served up along with the food. Those who do not comply with the rules, may be subjected to some “punishment”, such as having their food fed to them or being forced to stand in the corner. It’s all in good fun and makes for some entertaining antics while you eat.
Prime Time Cafe is furnished with replicas of everything from the time period and the restaurant has a kitchen look to it, with the idea behind your experience that you are in “mom’s kitchen” and she is making your favorite childhood meals while “family members” serve you. Complete with TV and old re-runs from such classic shows as “Dennis the Menace,” “Topper,” “The Dick van Dyke Show” and others. The clips generally cover some aspect of family meals, and they set the stage for the goings-on in the restaurant during your meal.
Full service bar. Wine list available. Specialty drinks including milkshakes with and without alcohol.
MAMA MELROSE RISTORANTE ITALIANO

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano is a casual and colourful restaurant that offers traditional Italian favorites, many baked in a wood-fired oven. Lunch and dinner are served in a setting inspired by scenes from Disney’s classic animated film Lady and the Tramp. They play a mix of Hollywood and Italian songs to set the mood.
The walls are adorned with record albums by legendary Italian singers. Red and white checked curtains provide the final touch. The interior is cool with somewhat dim “mood” lighting, with wooden floors and tables, brick walls, and friendly, curtained dividers in the dining area. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere, equally appropriate for a family meal or a romantic dinner.
Mama Melrose’s tempting Italian cuisine includes thin crust flatbread pizzas, signature pasta dishes like Chicken alla Parmigiana and wood-grilled fish and steak selections.

SCI-FI DINE-IN THEATRE RESTAURANT
Breakfast: N/A
Lunch: 11.00am – 4.00pm
Dinner: 4.00pm – Close
Reservations:(407) WDW-DINE
The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater restaurant serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner that includes burgers, sandwiches, ribs, seafood, pasta, steak and salads. Pair your meal with a rich milkshake or, for Guests 21 years of age and older, domestic beer or a glass of wine.
This restaurant is set up like an old drive-in movie theatre. It’s always dark and the tables are shaped like cars, which are all positioned toward a giant movie screen where you watch old sci-fi and monster movies as you eat.
The seats are two per row and each row faces the same direction, so whomever is in the first row needs to turn around 180 degrees to speak to those behind them. And if you have more than 6 people in your group, you’ll have to eat in separate cars.
Place an order with one of the roller skating servers and soon you will be munching down on a sandwich, burger or onion rings and trying to sip a thick milk shake through a long plastic straw.
