ABC COMMISSARY
This is a quick service restaurant that gives favorite fast-food dishes with an international twist. Start your day early with a healthy breakfast at ABC Commissary, one of the few restaurants in Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park open in the morning.
The lunch and dinner menus feature fast-food options with American, Asian, British and Indian flavours—such as the popular vegetarian tortilla wrap filed with tabbouleh, hummus and marinated tomatoes. There are also beef fajitas, fish-and-chips and kid-friendly fare like chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. For parties with picky eaters, this can be a great compromise.
Movie trailers play on TV screens and film posters from Hollywood past and present adorn the Art Deco-inspired interior. It has a large indoor, air conditioned eating area and a nicely themed outdoor eating venue as well.

BACKLOT EXPRESS
Designed to look like a movie-studio prop shop, the portions are large and prices moderate.
Offering both indoor and outdoor seating, Backlot Express is a great place for lunch, even if it is somewhat hidden. Sometimes, lines can get very long after a showing of Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular lets out. Recently, self-serve beverage stations have been added which make for a better overall value with the opportunity to have unlimited refills on soft drinks.

Pizza Planet is the place for pizza at the Studios. The quality of the pizza, however, isn’t anything special and is the sort of pizza you may have bought from your supermarket’s frozen dinner area. Kids tend not to have such high standards and enjoy the pizza as well as the ambiance of Pizza Planet.
There are indoor and outdoor seats. If you’re looking to get away from the crowds, try the seating that is located on the second floor inside the building as that tends to be the least crowded area to sit – and it’s air conditioned. The first floor of the restaurant is mostly an arcade area with plenty of games to play, all of which cost extra.
