The StarLite Majesty Dining Yacht is a sleek and modern 115-foot ship offering day and evening fine dining cruises six days a week. Large picture windows offer all diners panoramic views of the coast as the ship cruises the smooth, scenic inland waters of Florida’s gulf coast. The vessel’s contemporary atmosphere and sumptuous choice of entrées, prepared fresh to order, combined with the stunning views and live entertainment offer passengers an unforgettable dining experience.

Choice Top Sirloin grilled to your order ~ Served with chef selection of potatoes and seasonal vegetable.
Classic Filet Mignon
Tenderloin of beef grilled to your order, complemented with a sauce Béarnaise ~ Served with chef selection of potatoes and seasonal vegetable.
Beef Bourguignon
Braised beef loin tips in burgundy wine reduction flavored with garlic, onion, carrots and mushrooms ~ Served over Red Bliss potatoes.
All above dinner entrees are served with a tropical baby green salad, bread accompanied with olive oil, herbs and spices and complimentary house dessert. In addition to the dinner menu, appetizers and full bar service can be purchased separately on board.
Ticket includes the cruise admission and the dinner service. Once on board you will order your entrée from our menu. Beverages are additional and can be purchased on board.
Gratuity is not included in you ticket.
