There seems to be a new rumor that Walt Disney World are thinking about creating a new Disney Vacation Club Resort on the unused River Country area which will have views of the Magic Kingdom and lake.
This same rumour was talked about some years ago, but it is thought that it was put on the back burner whilst Disney concentrated on DVC properties being built at the Resorts on the Monorail.
DVC is very popular and it makes you wonder whether the rumor could eventually become true as it would be another Magic Kingdom Resort and would be very popular. Disney is now experiencing larger numbers of Guests, who are all looking for Resort accommodation.
