Best of Bocuse Dinner |
Chef Paul Bocuse is a 3-star Michelin chef of 47 years and the 20th century’s most influential culinary icon. Taste his legendary dishes during a 5-course meal at Bistro de Paris, the restaurant he established in 1982 at Epcot Theme Park. Each dish includes truffles—from the truffle soup to the tarte tatin.
Although Chef Paul Bocuse will not personally be there, your meal will be prepared by Chef Francesco Santin, longtime chef at Bocuse’s 3-star restaurant in Lyon and new resident of Orlando. Jean-Luc Colombo, pioneer wine maker and long-time friend of Paul Bocuse, hosts this event and shares his award-winning wines from the Rhône Valley
